Food and nutrition are the way that we get fuel and provide energy for our bodies. We need to replace nutrients in our bodies with a new supply every day. Water is an important part of nutrition.

    The unhealthy food with lots of sugar makes you sick and gives you tooth decays so to stay healthy and staying in a healthy appatite eat fruits and veggies.

    I ate oats with banana, raspberries, blueberries, strawberry and milk with a touch of cinnamon :).

      That sounds delicious! The oats will give you energy for the day ahead and the fruit will give you the vitamins and minerals your body needs to stay healthy.
