Why do all these flags have so many stripes ? Are there any flags that have polka dots on them ?

The capital of France is Paris and the capital of Luxenbourg is Luxenbourg city!
Does Japan count as a polka dot flag since it has a big red dot in the middle.
I think that only the USA Country’s have polka dots.
