When he looked in the vase he saw all the halloween candy that was lost when he went to sleep. Tariq looked puzzled. He looked around but only found some wrappers of the chocolates beside the vase. What is going on?
Suddenly, the bottle slipped from his hands and shattered on the floor. A note! Tariq picked it up. The note consisted of the sentence, “You can run but you can’t hide.” He thought about it all night.
Tariq then put the bottle on the floor and went and chose a book he was not focusing on. All he was focusing on is the bottle. So, he crept to his parents’ room to see if they were fast asleep then got the bottle and crept downstairs. Thud! He accidentally dropped the bottle and something that looked like a blue hearted spirit came and hovered around him. Without noticing the spirit, he went upstairs and chose a book called Harry Potter. He read it and fell a sleep. An hour later, the blue hearted spirit took over his thought and went through all his genuine wishes. Soon, all those wishes came true. On Monday, Tariq went to school on time and when he came home he found his mess cleaned up. When he looked in the mirror the blue hearted spirit became visible and said politely, ‘HELLO TARIQ…’
I decided to break the bottle. Somehow it could not break so I went upstairs and opened my window and threw the bottle outside the window. BANG! It made a loud sound that it almost woke up my entire family. I went outside to get the bottle and somehow it was not there. So, I went upstairs as quietly as I could then I went into my room and found the same bottle there. When I was about to throw it out again I thought it was a joke! To be continued…
